  • NGCOA Offers Members Hospitality Training and Resources through New Partnership with RCSUniversity

    The National Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA) and RCSU (RCSUniversity), the virtual training division of RCS Hospitality Group, will provide NGCOA members with curated hospitality training resources to elevate their brands and grow their golf businesses.

    Under this agreement, RCSU will be the founding sponsor of NGCOA’s new “Hospitality Center,” a web-based portal which will house resources including, but not limited to, videos, podcasts and webinars on a variety of topics for managers and employees of public and private golf facilities.

    NGCOA members will have complimentary and exclusive access to two (2) online lessons immediately, and soon will have access to four (4) custom courses co-produced by NGCOA and RCSU. RCSU will also become a member of the NGCOA Smart Buy Marketplace, the association’s purchasing program which offers discounted rates, rebates and value-added packages not available anywhere else.
