Presented by Kate Ball, J.D., Area Assistant Vice President, Compliance Counsel, Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.

This webinar is dedicated to helping you better understand the questions you should be asking as a course owner/operator in regards to the Affordable Care Act and the compliance changes that will happen in early 2016.

When it comes to Affordable Care Act Compliance, oftentimes, there are more questions than answers. For example, should you be tracking seasonal employees? Are you subject to the new ACA reporting? Are you prepared for a Department of Labor audit?

Kate Ball, J.D., Area Assistant Vice President, Compliance Counsel at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. explains each issue and how it applies to you and your course. You'll leave this webinar with a better understanding of what you need to be doing as an employer to ensure that you're in compliance with the ACA.
