Today’s labor force has never been so diverse in terms of age, race, ethnicity and culture. Given this dynamic, managers and business owners must adopt new solutions that embrace this growing diversity and learn how to manage cultural diversity. In this exclusive webinar, Amy B. Wallis, professor of practice and director of Global Initiatives at Wake Forest University School of Business, will explore cultural differences and provide strategies you can use to leverage that diversity to the benefit of your business.
